FTECH is currently seeking candidates for the Brand Marketing Specialist position.

This person will be assigned to take the main responsibility for a new gaming brand launching and will drive all marketing agenda to ensure brand growth according to the guidance of Marketing Manager. If you’re passionate about marketing, love playing games or just interested in exploring a new industry, this position is for you.

What will you do?

Brand Building:

• Work with Marketing Manager & other departments to develop brand strategy in both short term & long term.
• Continuously develop, review and update brand manifesto and guideline.

Execution:

• Execute marketing campaigns/projects according to master marketing plan to achieve the KPI set.
• Develop branded contents in collaboration with in-house team & agencies in multi channels.
• Manage social media, build social content, drive viral marketing program, build KOLs network and maintain key customers relations.
• Work with Digital marketing team to manage CAC (customer acquisition cost) & optimize conversion rate from Leads to Paid customers.
• Other business related based on business needs and growth plan.

Brand Monitoring:

• Keep track of brand performance, topline growth for weekly/monthly marketing review.
• Monitor contents related to brand on media channels, especially digital channels to have timely reaction.

What do you need to bring?

• 3-5 years experience on B2C marketing functions.
• Strong experience either Digital channel or social media.
• Game/Online Retail/Education industry related working experience are preferred.
• Strong business acumen.
• Good planning, high learning agility, drive for results.
